Chris keeps two hives (sometimes three) in a very small space adjacent to the Westmorland Hospital in Barrow and yet produces very large amounts of honey. About 200 lbs last year !!!
We plan to look at the hives and mark some queens, plus have some light refreshments afterwards.
Please park on the Furness General Hospital Car Park and enter Chris’s garden by the rear gate
